https://www.canr.msu.edu/cottage_food_law/events: MSU Extension hosts live, online classes to teach more about the Cottage Food Law so that you can safely sell your cottage food at farmers markets, roadside stands, and more. This class is taught at specific times throughout the year with guest speakers from MDARD and also features the MSU Product Center teaching the business aspect of running your own food business.

This class is taught in combination with Food Safety Educators and Innovation Counselors with the MSU Product Center so that you can learn more about the Cottage Food Law from safe food handling to running an entrepreneurial food business.
